Department of Welfare Management
Introduction to the Department
Development of human resources specializing in welfare management, which is responsible for promoting the ecosystem of welfare start-ups, leading the shared growth of the region. We develop start-up management capabilities that understand policy trends, businesses, and future demands based on a comprehensive understanding of welfare through learning in welfare fields such as children, adolescents, adults, senior citizens, and families. In particular, the program combines adult learners' know-how and knowledge to cope with changes in future industries due to low birth rate and aging to cultivate a major role in revitalizing the region. We will also promote the welfare management ecosystem and train local start-up experts to lead the future society based on field practice experience of social welfare institutions, senior welfare institutions, and youth institutions.
