Introduction to the Department

The Department of Architectural Engineering trains engineers who have knowledge and practical skills in detailed majors such as architectural structure, construction and materials, architectural environment and facilities, and construction management. The 2014 Local University Specialization Project was selected to train professionals with BIM expertise through Building Information Modeling (BIM) specialist training programs.As a result, the department has the largest building engineering lab in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do, and the only BIM center in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do. It operates an independent structural analysis laboratory, structural materials laboratory, architectural environmental equipment laboratory, and architectural information management laboratory.

Public officials, construction (Korea Land and Housing Corporation, urban construction, transportation construction, facility management corporation, etc.), construction companies, engineering offices (building structures, building facilities, construction management, quality control companies, etc.), construction materials companies, etc.
